Jauregibarria

Award winning with a Sun Repsol and recommended on the Michelin Guide 2022 of Spain and Portugal, the Restaurant Jauregibarria. It is located in a farmhouse that dates back to 1803 , where tradition and avant-garde mix.

Who is Shipra Khanna?

Originally from Shimla (India), Shipra Khanna was the winner chef of Masterchef India 2 in 2012

With more than 5 million followers on social networks, it is the  creator of "The Spice Trail" that has taken her by multitudes  of countries of the world. She is also a culinary ambassador  of "Masterchef Travel" and  she has published 8 cookbooks , one of them awarded the World Gourmand award.

Winner from  Masterchef India 2012 , is quite a culinary celebrity in her country. After her victory, she has collaborated with a multitude of brands and media outlets, currently co -hosting the  2nd season of the Zee Café network show "Chef vs. Fridge" .

Young and experienced innovative chef from Amorebieta, he is current chef of the Jauregiberria. In parallel, he directs other projects such as the Elkar restaurant in Torre Emperador Castellana in Madrid

Carmelo is the chef of the Sociedad Bilbaína  for five years. A self-taught chef, he began the profession of professional hospitality at hotels of the chain at a very young age. Aranzazu and in the Nervion Hotel .
